15. International Cultures, Arts and Folklore Festival of OZDERE-Türkiye

Dear Friends, Municipality of OZDERE / IZMIR-Turkey will organıse "15. International Cultures, Arts, Sports and Folklore Festival " 22 / 27 July 2008. The committee would like to invite four Folkdance group (adult/young) under the cultural basic exchange conditions. The conditions are below; 1. The group will be accommodated 5 nights in the Hotel near the seaside;and 3 meals per person/per day in the hotel...2. If the group travels by airplane, a bus will come to meet them at the airport of Izmir (Adnan Menderes). If the group travels by bus, the expenses of gasoline in the boundaries of Turkiye will also be paid by committee.3. The group will perform one or two performances between 20 - 45 minutes per day.4. The group will be composed 35 persons (max.) including drivers.5. The committee will not give any pocket-money to any group.
