THE MOST POPULAR GROUP OF TURKEY

Tuana is founded in 2002 Ankara to daylight the folkloric elements which come from the deepness of Turkish history. The group which purposed to service to the Turkish folk dance and culture has been successful in many fields as mentioned before together with child and youth folk dances group since it has been established. The group has participated in many productions in private television channels and TRT Turkish Radio and Television Assosiation.

• Has taken place in Europa Conference organized by junior chamber International in Istanbul in 2002.
• Has taken part in International Çorum Hittitie festival in 2003.
• Has deserved the prize of first mention in the folk dances competition which was arranged by The Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2003.
• This group won The prize of first of Ankara region and first of Turkey in the folk dance competition which was organized by The Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2004.
• Between the dates of 30.06/21.07.2004 it has participated in the festivals and tours in Cities of Jean, Madrid and Cuidad Real of Spain which was arranged by the name of CIOFF.
• Between the dates of 21-25/07/2004 he took part in International Antakya Festival.
• The group won the First prize in Ankara Region of the Folk Dance Competition organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the second prize in the final of the same competition organized Istanbul in 2005.
• In October 2005 he participated in Andong Mask Dance festival organized in South KOREA
• He also had some performances Junior Chamber International World Congres in AUSTRIA in 2005.

• In April 2005 he participated in Pakistan /Karachi Turkish night organized in Sheraton Hotel & Tower.


• The group won the First Prizes in both Ankara Region and final of the Folk Dance Competition organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2006.

• Between the dates of 03-18/07/2006 Drummoville folk festival in CANADA


• This group won The prize of first of Ankara region and first of Turkey in the folk dance competition which was organized by The Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2007.

• Between the dates of 05-10/05/2007 Belarus government order the folk festival in the BELARUS


• Between the dates of 16-31/07/2007 it has participated in the festival which name Festival de mondial de folklore de la Ville de Saint Ghislain in the BELGIUM

• Between the dates of 23-30/05/2007 it has participated in the festival Chicago USA. Traditional Turkish day in USA


• Between the dates of 16-21/08/2007 Ialyssos festival in the RHODOSE island in GREECE
