CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participant groups of festival will carry with their artistic equipments that they use during cortege and shows.
The participants of festival must be at least 16 years old.
Participant groups of festival will consist of at least 25 and at the most 40 members. If the number of group member is more than 40, the group will be covered their expenditures of accommodation, meal and local transportation by own.
Participant groups of festival specify their technical information to festival committee when they apply to the festival.
Participant groups of festival will be covered their expenditures of diseases, emergency clinic and treatment with the insurances that they arrange.
The gas for busses of the groups that arrive by bus will be provided by festival committee and the busses will be used during the festival.
Participant groups of festival who come by plane to the festival should prefer İzmir or Istanbul Airport. When they arrive to Turkish Airport, they are welcomed by festival committee.
Participant groups of festival will carry with their country flag. (Size of flag: 1.50mt – 1.00 mt with its stick.
Last application date to the festival is 10 June 2008.
Participant groups of festival should comply with the festival conditions and should sign application form.
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FESTIVAL COMMITTEE
They offer accommodation (3 or 4 stars hotels) meal and local transportation for participant groups of festival.
They provide transportation of participant groups of festival who come by air to İzmir or Istanbul Airport to related places.
The gas for busses of the groups that arrive by bus will be provided by festival committee and the busses will be used during the festival.
They supply technical equipment and stage that they display their show for participant groups of festival.
Festival committee signs the application form and complies with the festival conditions.
The committee will not give any pocket-money to any group.
Per person will pay 40 euro agency partıcıpatıon fee.
